Welcome

We are a friendly club affiliated to the JKAE, our instructor being Sensei Lester Wellington (3rd Dan) with help from Sensei Leon Brown (3rd Dan).

We train every Sunday at 6.30pm to 8pm and Thursdays from 7pm in Ardley community hall.
